What is falafel?

Falafel are deep-fried balls or patties made of chickpeas, peas, broad beans, seasoned with garlic, parsley, coriander and cumin. Frying makes them crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

It came to the West from the Mediterranean Sea. It is one of the foundations of Middle Eastern cuisine. It is an oriental delicacy loved all over the world, especially by vegetarians and vegans, for whom falafel is a plant-based alternative to meat.

Falafel MIX is a product that will allow you to effortlessly prepare a delicious Middle Eastern dish at home! All you need is water and oil. Using a falafel machine guarantees their uniform shape and size, which affects the even frying and aesthetics of the dish served. The device will also work well for forming any type of meatballs.
